A number of places are reserved for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

The pre-show experience✨
So that everyone can fully experience the magic, entry to the Kingdom is 1.5 hours before the start of the show.
This special time will allow you to:
Stroll among the magical illuminations of the site.
Eat and enjoy seasonal delicacies.
Enjoy the Christmas atmosphere and take your best photo memories before settling in for the show.
In case of unpredictable weather☔
The magic of the Kingdom adapts to never fade away ✨
If moderate rain is expected, disposable rain protection (ponchos) will be available for sale on site so you can enjoy the show in peace.
If wind or weather conditions do not allow drones to fly, they will be replaced by spectacular pyrotechnic effects, to ensure undiminished wonder.
Only in cases of force majeure, weather-related, may the show be postponed to the days before or after. In this case, your tickets will remain valid for the new date and we will inform you by email.
