(hereinafter “the Organizer”).
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente définissent les droits et obligations applicables à toute commande de billets pour le spectacle « Royaume Féerique de Noël », effectuée via le site officiel [www.royaumefeeriquedenoel.fr] et/ou les plateformes de billetterie partenaires.
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Any management and/or service fees applied by the online ticket office are specified when ordering.
All ticket orders are firm and final upon validation and payment.
Payment is only made online, by credit card, or via any other method offered by the ticket office.
Validation of payment constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs.
Tickets are issued exclusively in electronic format (e-ticket or m-ticket).
They must be presented either printed or directly on a smartphone at the entrance to the show.
No refund or compensation will be granted if the spectator cannot access the show due to failure to present a valid ticket in one of these forms.
The ticket is valid only for the date, time and place indicated.
Any exit is final.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not respect the security conditions, the internal regulations or the instructions of the reception staff.
The show is an outdoor event subject to weather conditions:
In case of light rain or normal conditions, the show is maintained, with adaptation of the effects (for example, replacement of drones by pyrotechnic reinforcement).
Rain protection will be available for sale on site for the comfort of spectators.
In the event of weather conditions making the performance dangerous (strong wind, violent storm, etc.), the Organizer may decide to postpone the show.
In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be made unless expressly decided by the Organizer.
Except in the case of a postponement decided by the Organizer, tickets are neither returned, nor exchanged, nor refunded (except in cases provided for by law, e.g. right of withdrawal excluded for leisure activities on a fixed date – article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
10. Personal data (GDPR)
The entire show (scenography, images, videos, music, light effects, drones, fireworks, logos and communication media) constitutes a work protected under the Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, distribution, representation, recording or exploitation, even partial, of the show without written authorization from the Organizer is strictly prohibited.
The purchase of a ticket does not carry any intellectual property rights to the show.
The Organizer reserves the right to take photo and video recordings of the show, including the audience, for promotional, communication and archiving purposes.
By attending the show, the spectator agrees to be possibly filmed or photographed as part of these practices, without financial compensation.
Any public distribution of photos or videos taken by a viewer is authorized only in a private and non-commercial context (personal social networks, family sharing, etc.).
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Organizer's registered office.

Spectators agree to respect the safety rules in force and the instructions of the staff.
The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, damage or accident resulting from non-compliant behavior.
Special effects (lights, sounds, fireworks, lasers) can present risks for sensitive people (epilepsy, young children).
The data collected during the purchase (name, first name, contact details, email, payment information) are necessary for order management and communication relating to the event.
The email address may also be used to inform spectators of the launch of ticket sales, as well as to warn them of a show postponement in the event of bad weather.
This data is kept for the duration necessary for ticket management and legal obligations (accounting, taxation).
The Organizer undertakes not to transmit this data to third parties without consent, except in the event of a legal or technical obligation (ticketing service provider, security, insurance).
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), each customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, transfer and delete their data.
